Producer subscription
Polar is the merchant of record for this subscription. Email billing@tunog.net within seven days for duplicate charges, non-activation, or unauthorized transactions. Used time is normally non-refundable. Approved refunds return through the original Polar payment method.
Beat sales
Buyers pay producers directly. Tunog never receives or holds these funds and cannot issue or guarantee refunds. The parties settle directly; Tunog may preserve records and mediate.
